MICKEY CHECK CULINARY BRIEF Working with the Food and Beverage Health and Wellness manager, a print document was created to inform and inspire the chefs across Walt Disney Parks and Resorts on the current state of kids’ meals in the restaurant industry. The data presented was meant to evaluate the current state of Walt Disney Parks and Resorts Mickey Check kids’ menus and present ways to improve upon the current offerings. A bright color palette was used to excite and inspire the chefs and culinary leaders while a grid based layout was implemented to maintain an organized, easy-to-understand design. Data visualizations were created and dispersed throughout the document to visually represent the collected data and offer a quick understanding of the information being discussed.
